Shipping Policy

We deliver to any address in Australia.

Deliveries are made during business hours Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Requests for delivery on specific days cannot be guaranteed, however we will always do our best to aim for delivery on the requested date.

Please note that we cannot deliver to a P.O. Box and there are no deliveries made on weekends or public holidays. Please allow extra delivery time for orders placed one week before Christmas.

Damaged Items

All items in the House of Hampers are packed with due care to avoid damage, breakage or spoilage and are dispatched from our store in excellent condition. The House of Hampers does not accept responsibility for damage caused to a hamper once it has left our facility. However, in the event that a product is damaged, broken or spoiled in transit to the customer, the customer should notify the House of Hampers immediately upon receipt of the affected gift. The damaged hamper or item must be returned to the House of Hampers and we will reimburse, at the discretion of our management team, all reasonable postal and handling costs incurred. The House of Hampers will replace, free of charge, the affected item or hamper.

Please note: do not accept a hamper that is obviously damaged from any of our carriers.

Please have the carrier advise and return the item to the House of Hampers immediately.

Late Delivery & Returned Items

At the House of Hampers, we will try our best to deliver each order by the date you've requested. However, this is not always possible due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control. By placing an order with us, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancel your order.

Incorrect information can result in delays in delivery. For deliveries to a business address, please include the business name with your order. If the House of Hampers is charged a re-delivery fee our couriers due to inaccurate delivery information or if a patient has been discharged from the hospital, that charge will be passed on to you. It is your responsibility to inform the House of Hampers immediately if an order has not arrived.
